Manage Your FAT Cells

FAT Cells? The Good & The Bad!

The Good.
What's good about fat cells? You may be asking yourself this at the moment. Well fat cells are not just something everybody wants to get rid of. When your body needs energy your body releases hormones and enzymes that signal your fat cells to release your fat reserves instead of keeping them in "storage." We will talk more about "storage" in a later section of this lens. After releasing these reserves, the stored fat (energy) flows into your bloodstream and routed to your muscles where the energy is needed. After the energy reaches your muscles it enters the mitochondria of that muscles cells where it can be used.

The Bad.
Fat cells can indeed increase in size and number. At certain times in a persons life they are more likely to expand and multiply, such as: during late childhood and early puberty, throughout pregnancy, and during adulthood when a person gains a substantial amount of weight. An average fat cell is between 0.2
micrograms and 0.9 micrograms. Think of fat cells as storage tanks of energy. When your energy intake exceeds the amount you use, the tanks swell. The cells stretch and fill up with reserve energy. So when you get a leaner physique, you are not actually losing fat cells, but emptying your "storage" containers of excess energy. This doesn't sound so bad but when the "lazy" in us all kicks in, well those storage tanks stay swelled. When these are swelled it is a better place for toxins to implant themselves into your body. Not to worry, now the exciting part.

The Now Manageable?
Well since we now know how these cells work, how do we manage them? Of course proper exercise and diet are key, but what about those with less time and for lack of a better word, motivation. These toxins can be eliminated from your body, reducing the swelling in your fat cells, thus producing a slimmer, more toned feel to some of those more sensitive areas of the body. How do you release and trash these toxins from your body? LipoEnvy has a solution. Non-Invasive Laser Lipo will tones, tightens, and detoxifies the areas
where applied. Learn more, visit: http://lipoenvy.com/lipo-envy-non-invasive-lipo.html
